PIP Marketing, Signs, Print, locally owned and nationally recognized Printing, Signage and Marketing Services company in Livingston, NJ is looking for an experienced Inside Sales-Customer Service Representative.

Job Summary:
This dual role is critical to overall growth and daily operations and is a very diverse and rewarding opportunity for the right person. Your responsibilities will include both sales efforts, including proactive communication with customers and prospects (follow-up and satisfaction calls, dormant account calls, marketing list verification, etc.), and customer service efforts, such as helping phone and walk-in customers, supporting outside sales team, writing up estimates and orders, and ensuring all information is communicated to the production team.

Responsibility Overview: 
  • Provide service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email.
  • Help the customer and prospects by identifying their requirements and providing the services and products that best meet their needs.
  • Show expertise by communicating with the customer about our products, services, and capabilities.
  • Ensure that all their requirements are met for their unique projects.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects and convert them to customers.

 Skills we are looking for: 
  • A positive, very detailed oriented customer focused individual
  • A willingness to be proactive and take action.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Team player that can work with others to deliver a project on time.
  • Printing and signage experience
  • Understanding of direct mail and automated marketing
  • Previous experience in business-to-business sales
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
